2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Security

5.3 Inactive Account Fee

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or Wager has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. An administrative fee of 500 PKR per month will be deducted from the balance of inactive Accounts after this period. 6 Gameplay & Wagers

8 Prohibited Conduct

13 Account Suspension & Closure

vin786 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) prohibited conduct is identified or suspected; (b) a Player fails to complete KYC within the required timeframe; (c) a chargeback is initiated against a vin786 game transaction; (d) a Player is found to be under 18 years of age; or (e) continued Account operation would be contrary to applicable regulations or vin786 game's obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to verified Player breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Wallet at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at the Player's request without any breach, the full verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following KYC clearance.

14 Amendments to Terms
